| Cloth Diaper Central Store Policies and Accepted Payments Cloth Diaper Central Policies Placing an Order:To Place an order at www.clothdiapercentral.com click on the add to cart button, within the items page. When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check out. First time customers will either be asked to register or asked to proceed without registering. Then you will choose the appropriate items in each section of check out.
When the order process is complete you will be sent an invoice via e-mail from our shopping cart. You will be sent an e-mail even if you do not complete payment.
Ordering:There is no minimum order at Cloth Diaper Central. Shipping (for all customers) and sales tax (for AR residents only) are calculated and added to the total of your order at the check out, unless otherwise stated. Shipping:If you want to see our flat rate shipping charges before checking out please look at our shipping page. Shipping will be exempt on items that state free shipping for orders within the United States.
Please note that if an item becomes out of stock, we will contact you to give you the option of waiting for the item to become available, or other options.
Shopping on Line:For your shopping convenience at Cloth Diaper Central, we have installed a secure shopping cart. We also use a secure pages for our credit card transactions.
Payments:Cloth Diaper Central at this time accepts all forms of Pay Pal. Did you know that you do not need an account to pay by credit card with Pay Pal?
Proceed to checkout as normal choose Pay Pal for your payment option. Proceed through the Pay Pal screens and then choose "do not set up an account". Then you have successfully paid using your credit card without setting up an account with Pay Pal.
We also use Authorize.net as our payment gateway to insure your safety and protection when you pay by Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Privacy Policy:Privacy is very important to us. Making a purchase at Cloth Diaper Central requires you to supply us with your contact information (Name-Address-Phone Number) When purchasing, you may choose to create an account with us and we will store your information so that the next time you shop with us, you will simply log in.
We do invite all of our customers to join our Newsletter to receive members only discounts and store updates.
Clearance Items:All items that are marked as Clearance are FINAL. No returns will be accepted.
Coupons & Discounts:Discount and coupon codes are non-transferable. Coupons & Discounts can not be combined with any other offers, or used on packaged deals. They do not have any cash value and can only be applied towards store merchandise.
Gift Certificates:Gift Certificates are non-transferable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and can not be returned for a cash refund. The gift certificate can only be used to purchase store merchandise. Any unused balance will be placed in your account as store credit. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate you are responsible for the balance.
Returns:We want you to be happy with your purchase from Cloth Diaper Central. All returns must be pre-approved, if you have any questions about a product you purchased from Cloth Diaper Central please contact us right away. Returns must be unused and unwashed. All personalized items are non-refundable.
All returns are for EXCHANGE ONLY. You will have 14 days from original date of purchase. You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping fees.
Manufacturer Defects: Most items will be replaced by the manufacturer if there is a defect in the construction of the item, per the manufacturers specs. If you feel you have an item that is defective, please contact us and we will assist you as much as possible in getting your item replaced.
