We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service), within the US. Orders that are shipped within the United States are charged
flat rate shipping please see chart above. Cloth Diaper Central reserves the right to also ship items using Fed Ex, UPS, or DHL. If your order qualifies for FREE SHIPPING you will be contacted with your shipping information. All orders on IN STOCK items will be shipped within 48 hours. If you order a product with a wait time on it, it will be mailed out with 24 hours of
us receiving your items. It is possible that you will receive your order in
separate packaging. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer. If your order will be coming in
separate packages we will contact you by either phone or e-mail to let you know.
Cloth Diaper Central is NOT responsible for packages lost through the postal
service, or any other method used to ship products. Cloth Diaper Central ships
mainly through the United States Postal Service, but could use either Fed Ex,
UPS, or DHL if you order qualifies for free shipping.
International Shipping
We are sorry to say that the only international shipping that we do at this
time is to Canada. If you are a Canadian customer please select Ship Canada.
Cloth Diaper Central reserves the right on how we ship your order to you. We
will either using First Class International or Priority International Mail. We will contact you
to let you know how your package is going to be delivered.
Cloth Diaper Central is not responsible for any duty or
taxes that you may incur. This will be your (the customer) responsibility.

Please note: Effective September 10, 2007, new manufacturing guidelines will prohibit the sale of Bumgenius products outside of the US and military addresses. If you place an International order for bumGenius products your order will be canceled do to this new policy, your order will be refunded MINUS a 1.00 processing fee.
Postal InsuranceInsurance is optional but strongly recommend. Option of insurance is left up to you (the customer) and should be made at the time you place your order. You can choose to add insurance as you are ordering, by adding it to your cart as if you were purchasing an item.
